Mozzarella, grana padano, salsiccia napoletana baked with rosemary, pepper with garlic and olives, baked potatoes with rosemary and onion and smoked provola cheese. After baking we add stracciatella and EVO. We smoke it with rosemary and olive bark.

Mozzarella, smoked provola cheese and grana padano. After baking we add Cantabrian anchovies, grated lemon peel, mint and EVO. We smoke it with lemon bark and finish it with Cetara anchovy extract.
